Ordaana lets you easily create and manage subscriptions so that you can automatically process client payments every month.

Before you can create client subscriptions, you need to create a subscription service.

• Steps to create a subscription service:
  • Navigate to Services
  • Click on the tab Subscription Services
  • Click + Create Service
  • Enter Title, Description and Subscription Price (Per Month)
  • Submit

Once you have created a subscription service, you can start creating subscriptions for clients. You can create a subscription in two ways:

• Create a subscription from Ordaana account
  • You can create a subscription for the client yourself from your Ordaana account.
  • You will need to obtain the client’s payment information to create a subscription for them.
  • Steps to create a subscription from Ordaana account:
    • Navigate to Contacts
    • Click on the contact you would like to create a subscription for
    • Click on Create Subscription button
    • Select Subscription Service
    • Enter Subscription start date
    • Submit

• Share a subscription sign up link with the client
  • If you prefer not to ask the client to provide their payment information, you can share a link so they can sign up for a subscription on their own.
  • Steps to create a shareable subscription sign up link:
    • Navigate to Services
    • Click on the tab Subscription Services
    • Locate the subscription service you would like to share and click the 3 dot options menu next to it
    • Select Share Link
    • Copy the link and share it with your client
    • Client will be able to click on the shared link and sign up for a subscription

Once a subscription is created, the client will be charged every month starting from the start date of the subscription.

You can update existing client subscriptions including changing subscription plans, quantities and refunding past payments.

Steps to change the subscription plan for a client:

• Navigate to Subscriptions
• Locate the subscription you would like to manage and click the 3 dot options menu next to it
• Select Manage Subscription
• Here you can change or cancel the subscription plan

Steps to view past payments associated with a subscription:

• Navigate to Subscriptions
• Locate the subscription you would like to view and click the 3 dot options menu next to it
• Select Payment History

Steps to refund a past payment associated with a subscription:

• Navigate to Subscriptions
• Locate the subscription you would like to view and click the 3 dot options menu next to it
• Select Payment History
• Locate the payment you would like to refund and click the refund button next to it

Subscriptions are billed to clients monthly. Notifications about upcoming charges are sent to Clients as reminders to ensure a smooth payment process.

• 2.9% + 30¢ per successful charge for payments processed using USA based credit cards
• 4.4% + 30¢ per successful charge for payments processed using International credit cards

Your Ordaana payments are paid out within 2 business days to your connected bank account. Multiple payments are grouped into a single daily payout for your Ordaana account.

Subscription Payout Processing Fee

• 0.25% + 25¢ per payout to your USA based bank account
• For payout processing fees for international bank accounts, refer to International and country-specific fees on the Stripe website https://stripe.com/connect/pricing
