Let's setup you up:

1. Set up Task Statuses
2. Create a Contact task
3. Create an Order task

Set up Task Statuses

• Navigate to Settings > Account
• Scroll down to Task Status section
• Review existing Task Statuses and create new ones as needed

Create a Contact task

• Navigate to Contacts in left menu
• Look up a contact
• Create a task for this contact

Create an Order task

Set up an appointment form if you’d like to have your clients book appointments with your company using a booking link.

• Navigate to Orders in left menu
• Look up an order
• Create a task for this order
