Everything you need to setup your Ordaana account
Welcome to Ordaana! We’re so excited to have you on board and grateful that you chose to explore Ordaana! ❤️ Ordaana will help you in managing your clients from when they are Prospects to the time when you collect payments.
Let's setup you up:
Basic Account Setup ⚙️
First things first.
- Add your Company details (Company name, address, logo, etc.)
- Update your Profile & Timezone
- Invite your Team members
Add your Company details
- Navigate to Settings > Account
- Add your Company Website, Company Address and Logo
- Update your Company Timezone
- Update your Default Payment Currency
Update Your Profile & Timezone
- Navigate to My Profile from the top right corner
- Update your profile color. This will be used to easily identify your updates from other team members across Ordaana
- Add your profile image
- Update your personal timezone. This timezone will be used for scheduling your meetings
Invite your Team Members
- Navigate to Settings > Users
- Invite a new user
- Enter user’s email address, choose profile color
- Specify user’s permissions and access
