Orders

Ordaana helps you manage orders for delivering services to your Clients. These orders can either by created by your team directly into Ordaana, or you can create flexible Order Forms to enable your Clients to self-order your services.

How to create an order without appointment and payment

  • Navigate to Orders
  • Click + Create Order
  • Select a Client Contact
  • Enter Order Title and Description
  • Select Services to order Learn about Services
  • Select Order Status
  • Select Order Owner
  • Submit

  • Navigate to Orders
  • Click + Create Order
  • Select a Client Contact
  • Enter Order Title and Description
  • Select Services to order Learn about Services
  • Select Order Status
  • Select Order Owner
  • Submit
  • Navigate to the newly created order in Orders
  • Click Process Payment Learn about Payments
  • Enter payment details
  • Submit

Order Status

By default all orders come with 3 statuses: Open, Complete, Canceled. You can create custom order statuses.

How to create custom order statuses

  • Navigate to Account Settings
  • Scroll to Order Status section
  • Click Add Custom Status
  • Enter Status name
  • Submit
  • Drag to re-order statuses

Custom Order Fields

You can create custom fields for orders to suit your unique business workflow.

How to create custom order fields

  • Navigate to Account Settings
  • Scroll to Custom Order Fields section
  • Select the type of field you would like to create
  • Enter field details
  • Save

When you go to create a new order, your custom fields will be visible on the Order screen.

Custom order fields can also be added to Order Forms to allow Clients to self-order your services. Learn about Order Forms

Order Owners and Subscribers

Orders can be assigned to users. Orders can also have subscribers. Order owner and subscribers are notified for important order updates like comments, payments and refunds.

Commentors can also @mention other team members in order comments.

Order Files

You can upload files to orders and enter custom file titles. Uploaded files are visible to clients on the Client portal. Learn about Client Portal
