Forms

Ordaana is the most flexible Form Builder software that allows you to create custom forms for a variety of business purposes.

Form Type: Standard Forms

Standard forms are used for data collection from Clients, vendors or employees. Examples of standard forms are lead forms, website contact forms, employee forms and more.

How to create a Standard Form

  • Navigate to Forms
  • Click + Create Form
  • Select Standard Form
  • Fill out the form details
  • Save

Appointment form submission creates a new contact if a contact with the same email doesn’t exist.

Appointment forms do not create new orders.

Form Type: Appointment Forms

Appointment forms are used for scheduling Client appointments without creating orders. These types of forms are ideal for sales, demos, ongoing project support and more.

How to create an Appointment Form:

  • Navigate to Forms
  • Click + Create Form
  • Select Appointment Form
  • Fill out the form details
  • If you’d like enable appointment scheduling for this form, then select a Scheduler to enable appointment scheduling for this form Learn about Schedulers and Availability
  • Save

Appointment forms are used for scheduling Client appointments without creating orders. These types of forms are ideal for sales, demos, ongoing project support and more.

How to create an Appointment Form:

  • Navigate to Forms
  • Click + Create Form
  • Select Order Form
  • Fill out the form details
  • If you’d like enable appointment scheduling for this form, then select a Scheduler to enable appointment scheduling for this form Learn about Schedulers and Availability
  • Select services to be displayed on the form for ordering
  • If you’d like to enable payments for this form, select Enable Payment Learn about Payments
  • Click Save
  • Order form submission creates a new contact if a contact with the same email doesn’t exist.
  • Order form submission creates a new order. The appointment and payment are added to the order if they are enabled.

    Each form type sends different type of email and SMS notifications.

    Standard form notifications:

    • Email notification to form subscribers

    Appointment form notifications:

    • Appointment confirmation email to event host
    • Appointment confirmation email and SMS to Client who booked the appointment

    Order form notifications:

    • New order email notification to order owner and subscribers
    • Order confirmation email to Client who placed the order
      • If the Client booked an appointment, the appointment details are included in the order confirmation email.
      • If the Client made a payment, the payment details are included in the order confirmation email.

    Forms
    Viewing Form Submissions

    You can view submitted form entries by selecting a form from the left navigation

    For appointment forms you can view the appointments booked on the Appointments and Calendar pages.

    For order forms you can view the orders created, appointments booked and payments made on the Orders page.

    Public and Private Forms

    Forms can be made private or public. Private forms are only visible to your team members who are logged in to their Ordaana account. Public forms are visible to anyone.
